IF THE VENUE DOES NOT HAVE A STABLE CONNECTION, EMAILS AND TEXTS CAN BE QUEUED UNTIL A STABLE CONNECTION IS REACHED.

OUR BOOTH REQUIRES 10'W x 10'L x 10'H COVERED ARE

YES. STANDARD 10-15 AMP, 3 PRONG WALL OUTLET IS SUFFICIENT.

NO, A BACKDROP IS NOT REQUIRED, BUT IS INCLUDED IN PHOTO BOOTH PACKAGES. NO DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED FOR PROVIDING YOUR OWN BACKDROP.

SET UP TAKES ROUGHLY AN 1½ - SO WE ARE 2 HOURS ON SITE BEFORE THE START OF THE EVENT.

CAN WE SET-UP THE BOOTH OUTSIDE?

HOW WILL THE GUESTS RECEIVE THEIR PHOTOS?

IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?

ARE YOU INSURED?

IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE HIGH QUALITY PHOTOS, WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND PLACING THE BOOTH INSIDE. HOWEVER, WE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS ISN’T ALWAYS POSSIBLE. FOR OUTDOOR EVENTS, WE ASK THAT THERE BE A FULL COVERED SHADE PROVIDED, ACCESS TO ELECTRICITY, A LEVEL SURFACE AND WIFI ACCESS.

GUESTS CAN RECEIVE THEIR PHOTOS THROUGH TEXT OR EMAIL.

WE TRAVEL UP TO 25 COMPLIMENTARY MILES OUTSIDE OF SOMERSET COUNTY. ANY ADDITIONAL MILE AFTER THAT WILL INCLUDE A FEE OF $2 PER MILE.

ABSOLUTELY! WE ARE INSURED AND CAN PROVIDE A COPY FOR YOUR VENUE.
